DUHOW production base is located in the International Economic & Technological Development Zone of Shuyang, one of the top 100 counties in China. It covers an area of 700 thousand square meters, and boasts state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. It mainly produces ATV tires, industrial tires, solid tires, OTR tires, agricultural tires, motorcycle tires, bicycle tires and light truck tires, with an annual output of 40 million sets.
DUHOW has a professional R&D team of well-known experts in the industry, which guarantees the quality of the products. The whole process system has reached the first-class level in the industry from the research and development of product formulation, structural design, product testing to quality control.
DUHOW has a number of patents on tire appearance and manufacturing, and its products have passed the international product certifications such as DOT of the United States, ECE of Europe, GSO/GCC of Gulf Arab countries, SASO of Saudi Arabia, INMETRO of Brazil as well as the ISO9001 international quality system, ISO14001 international environmental system and national compulsory product certification (CCC) in China.
Adhering to the business philosophy of “market-oriented & customer-centered”, Duhow has entered into strategic partnerships with Double Coin, ZC Rubber, GS, Hwa Fong Rubber Group (DURO) and other international first-tier tire enterprises, and jointly developed the “Double Coin” brand off-highway specialty tire project with Shanghai Tire Rubber Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 3 billion yuan. Meanwhile, Duhow has provided supporting services for Liugong, Yamaha, Futian, Wuzheng and other automobile manufacturers. Products are sold to America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia.
